For dinner today I had white chicken, carrots, and some lettuce with some regular ranch. I can’t eat salad without ranch cause I need the flavor! I try to eat a jalapeño with every meal because it helps boost metabolism.
I decided to change that I wanted to live a healthy lifestyle by working out everyday and eating healthier. So I decided to make a blog for myself to keep motivated. My goal is get a toned body and to eat healthier. I downloaded some apps to help myself keep track on what I eat—calories I intake and also a workout app that I follow every day.
